Human Resources Manager (Talent Development) (Job ID: 9391) Department: Human Resources Office Job ID: 9391 Job Posting Details We are looking for an energetic and resourceful person to join the Talent Development team of the Office. The Talent Development team works closely with stakeholders, internal and external partners to create a positive experience with all employees. The appointee will be engaged in staff learning and development, including leadership development and skills building workshops, as well as communications and engagement initiatives/activities, namely mentoring programs, onboarding journey, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee assistance program, volunteering work of strategic causes. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in talent development; be self-driven, resourceful, and eager to learn; have customer-centric mindset, good conceptual and analytical ability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be proficient in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and possess good computer literacy including Excel and PowerPoint software application skills. Applicants with the knowledge on learning management system, passion to learn and work in a team environment are highly desirable. Applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Human Resources Manager. (Duration: 2 years, renewable) Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
