Duties: - Dealing with customers’ enquiries and complaints - Introducing our courses - Handling enrollment - Performing administrative duties Requirements: - Form 6 graduate or above - Minimum 1 year experience in the service industry - Strong communication skills, good command of spoken and written English - Good PC knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel - Great service-minded attitude and good team player Working Hours: 2-6 days per week (Monday ~ Sunday) Monday-Friday 7:00pm-10:30pm Saturday 12:30pm-9:30pm Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm Employer questions Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
